Thanks for a great meeting on Detroit's transit future!

Thank you to everyone who came to our annual meeting!  It was a great event – the overwhelming turnout of nearly 150 people meant that the room was a little crowded, but shows the enormous public support that exists for this issue!

I’d also like to express thanks to all of the other elected officials and VIPs who chose to attend, including Detroit City Councilwomen Jo Ann Watson and Brenda Jones, House Majority Floor Leader Steve Tobocman, State Representative Marie Donigan, Wayne County Commissioner Tim Killeen, and Oakland County Commissioners Dave Woodward and Dave Coulter.  We appreciate your interest in and dedication to this important issues and look forward to working with all of you to make our transit vision into reality!
