TRU is preparing for the 2015 Regional Transit Awards dinner and we need your help to identify who should be recognized this year. Potential categories could include:
- Transit Employee of the Year,
- Corporate Transit Champion,
- Exemplary Innovation Award,
- Under 30 – Breakthrough Transit Champion,
- Unsung Hero,
- Forward Motion Award for Most Effective Public Servant,
- Or something new!
The call for nominations closed on February 15, 2015. Current TRU staff and board members are NOT eligible, nor are people who won in the past three years. Past nominees who were not awarded CAN be renominated.
The Regional Transit Awards team will review all the nominations that come in and develop a short list of categories and nominees for recognition at the Award ceremony on May 7, 2015. An independent panel of judges will select the winner in each category from the short list of nominees.
