It’s that time again. TRU is renewing and expanding our membership and we need your help!!

Why? As a grassroots non-profit organization, TRU relies on our members for funding, political influence, outreach, volunteer support and much more:
- Most of our funding comes from individuals who care about improving Detroit transit. And while we are a small, efficient organization, we can’t do all we do without funding.
- Our power and influence is tied to the number of members we represent. Legislators and other elected officials often ask how many members we have.
- Members are regularly updated with our newsletter and other information. Many help us spread the word about transit by sharing this information with their friends, neighbors and other contacts.
You can renew online or by mailing in a contribution. By December 31, we need to raise $10,000, including $2,500 online and $7,500 by mail. Please support TRU today!!
